I decided to compose a list of revolts, rebellions, and more under/against Tsarist Russia
The 17th century, early on in the life of Tsarist Russia, marked by the Time of Troubles and the beginning of the Romanov dynasty.
The 18th century, beginning with the rule of Peter the Great and ending with that of Catherine the Great, seeing both the start and end of the Enlightenment.
The 19th century, including the Decembrist Revolt that would inspire future generations of Russian revolutionaries, conflicts resulting from the 18th century partitions of Poland, and Russian expansion into Central Asia.
The early 20th century, containing two Russian-involved wars, multiple major Russian revolutions, and the end of the imperial regime with the abdication of Tsar Nicholas II.
